We use this gear set as a standard build component for our house branded AEG's. We recommend using a high torque motor however as the ratio on this set is somewhere between 18:1 and 24:1.

The weakest gear in most gear sets is the spur gear. This gear set has a strong, thick spur gear that rarely fails. (Posted on 3/14/13)
